Return to Baseball - Rec Summer 2023

Allows you to enter list of WYB Umpires.  Must be at least 12 years old (14 for Majors), complete training session and online requirements. Details of the online requirements will be given at the in-person training and also sent out afterwards. 

Each umpire must attend 1 in-person training session. The training sessions are TBD some time in mid-May.
